Food was good, the paella had alot of variety of seafoods with black wild rice (I believe) and seems to be a little undercooked. The beef short rib was great! Best shortribs I've had, very tender and flavorful. Price was average for the ribs, a little steep for the paella specially (105) Our server was a bit rude. Good thing food was good.

I do not give many 5 star reviews they earned this one. The interior of the restaurant is very modern and stylish. The dining room has 20 foot glass walls that surround the space. This dining experience is unique alone just from the fun and cool layout of the restaurant.
The food was amazing both the vegan and non vegan stuff that was ordered. The wait staff was attentive and delivered first class service. We were staying in the hotel which was also great to just walk in but I would easily walk or drive a distance for this place.
We ordered the lamb cutlet, vegan pumpkin and fig ravioli. The for dessert we had the vegan lemon cheesecake. My other half was happy to snack on both of my choices. Wish we had another night so I could try the risotto. Enjoy your time in Sydney. -

Sub-optimal performance for an establishments that puts itself out as a cut above. I was sat in the bar and subsequently asked to move, to another table that hadn't been serviced and for my comment to the staff wouldn't have been.
Not willing to risk worse service, I moved to the dining room, where I was sat in the back and for the most part, ignored.
Don't get me wrong, the menu was good, but nothing makes up for below standard service. I mean my water glass was never even refilled, not once. -

I stayed at Hilton Sydney during my recent trip to Sydney and this is my breakfast place since it is part of Hilton. The restaurant is top notch with 5 star services and food. There are good variety of food options. I wish there have similar options in Hilton US. The restaurant also have a nice view over Quuen Victoria Building where you can take nice photo shot.
